A long-term VRC Member, Dean is still dining out on his First 4 coup from Aust Cup Day 2021. A tidy return, a tale well told—now he’s eyeing another payday this weekend. Let's hope he can.

SHOCKLETZ (7) clearly on top. She dashed well first up at Bendigo before getting shuffled back at Sandown Hillside and making good ground to just miss the minor placings, beaten 1.4 lengths. She's bred to stay and everything she's done to date suggests she'll improve sharply out to 2000m. Huge chance. I ONLY WISH (5) sets a good benchmark, racing consistently in some good races. She's tried hard behind two progressive fillies in Madiyya & Mary Eliza her past couple and that form will hold up well. STYLISH SECRET (1) is going well and will be rock hard fit with a pair of 2000m runs under his belt. Drawn wide but if the pace is on he'll be hard to hold out. NEPTUNITE (11) can measure up off a dominant five length maiden win at Mornington last time out. Only his third start there, he's clearly got staying potential. KISS MY ROCK (10) is going well and an each way chance.
