NEARCO FROD (2) is a former French import who improved sharply in the Shockletz race, finding the line well for third. Has a few lengths to make up but does draw much better here. AMERICAN WOLF (1) won the St Leger here two back before an even effort in the G1 SA Derby. Will land on speed and keep kicking. STYLISH SECRET (4) was just fair last time but the run two back sees him in the mix.
