Race Analysis

VICTORY BAY (12) missed at Traralgon when well fancied. Slightly disappointing to go down there, and Traralgon to Flemington is a path rarely travelled successfully, but his first two this time in said that he was ready to win one and this does look within range. They come from near and far. HE'S XCEPTIONAL arrives from Wodonga where he landed an overdue win last time and it rated well. (2) CORONA LAD (7) has been freshened and back to 1400m looks a big tick for him. Terrific spring in competitive races and if he can hold his form then he can give this a big shake. MICRO (17) ran well first up. Haven't seen much of him in recent times but he could be ready to get it going now and reward the yard's patience. Stablemate INDIFFERENCE (15) is well named. Three indifferent efforts this time around but respected here all the same.
