Handy race. HENNESSY LAD (10) can run well at an each-way quote. The first up run was a nice platform, finishing fourth here at Flemington over 1400m. Ideally suited to the mile second up, he stays right down in the weights and will be in this for a long way. PRESSER (14) is a progressive type who has won both runs this time in, proving far too strong at Sandown-Hillside second up. With 53.5kg from a nice draw, he'll take beating again. BRAYDEN STAR (3) is in great form. He's run second at his past two since a strong win three back, the latest at Rosehill with 60.5kg. Suited back at Flemington and has a touch of class. ARRAN BAY (2) had no luck whatsoever first up and atoned with a strong win second up at Caulfield. Third up to a mile suits nicely and he should be in the finish again.
