Race Overview

SOCIAL CONSCIENCE (8) is holding his form well this time in and gets the services of a senior rider today. Wound up late from midfield when second over 1200m at Moonee Valley in Bm70 grade on December 24. Likely to get back from the gate and can finish over the top of these. ANILLA (3) is a lightly raced five-year-old chasing his third straight win. Sat on the speed from the good gate and asserted his authority late when won over 1170m at Wangaratta on December 22. Kept fresh for this and looks up to the rise in grade. MISS MIDDLE PARK (9) has excellent fresh stats and well supported when resuming over 1100m at Stony Creek on December 27. Goes just as well second up and will relish the weight drop today. Must be kept safe. BLOOD OATH (1) caught the eye late from the wide gate when made an encouraging fifth over 1200m at Moonee Valley on December 24. Second up record is strong and stays in the mix.
