The run prior at this track and trip was good against better opposition and he rates well. APERITIVO (4) is going well, placing in her past two since a win at Sale. She'll be up on speed and giving a sight again. PODENTE (2) was sent out at long odds last time but ran above expectations to finish third, beaten only a neck, over 1600m at Caulfield. Has to be respected now. NURSERY CHIME (5) has won her past two starts, the latest at Cranbourne over this trip. Harder here but is on the up.
