He held out a strong-finishing REGAL LION (7) to score that day and that might be the one to give him the most to do again. Terrific Sandown winner two back and perhaps the longer trip was against him at Caulfield last time. SIR DAVY (9) has run two solid races in the lead up to this and could be ready to find his best form from over the winter. That rates highly. JUST FOLK (1) was terrific in a good race in Sydney last time and any rain around will suit him. Wide draw to overcome and that is the little issue for NONAME LANE (4) as well. He was alongside Character in the Toorak and is going well enough to figure with even luck.
