Race Overview

UNUSUAL CULTURE (12) tough mare in-form winning three of her last four starts. Well placed with the claim when stalked the speed for a commanding 0.8 len win over 1620m at this track on June 17. Gets all the favours again and will take plenty of holding out. JIMMY THE BEAR (7) looks ready to peak fourth up and drops nicely in weight for this. Found the line late when fourth over 1620m here with the 58.5kg at latest. Blinkers go on today and will take plenty of stopping. KING MAGNUS (1) consistent gelding chasing his third straight win at this course. Sat off the speed and launched late when finishing strongly to score over 1400m here on June 3. Only the one win from six starts this trip but acing too well to dismiss. DAYTONA BAY (14) Has come back in good order this time in after three solid runs over the 1800m. Has the early speed to take up a forward position from the draw and figure prominently.
