Another open race however JUST FOR SHOW (6) looks a nice each-way play at the early prices. He's a gelding building a nice record, resuming over 1100m at Caulfield when just edged out late to be beaten half a length. Last time in he strung a couple of wins together, one at this distance. Tricky draw but can strip fitter and run a bold race. KALKALLO (7) was well backed and got the job done at Caulfield over this trip last time out, well weighted to do so. Maps for a similar run and can win again. RUE DE ROYALE (3) was second to Kalkallo last time but does meet him 2.5kg better at the weights. Should be right there again. DAGGERS (5) worked home well in the G2 Tobin Bronze last time out which is good form for this. Some query at a strong 1400m but has the ability. NOSTRINGSATTACHED (2) was poor at Caulfield last time but can bounce back.
