FIRST SETTLER (2) looked very smart when winning easily on debut at Caulfield over 1000m, soft on the line and recording some strong late splits. He's a well bred, expensive colt who looks the goods and can go on with the job. GALLANT SON (4) couldn't have been more impressive on debut at Sale, scoring by 6 lengths over 1100m. He can measure up at this level very quickly off that win. LANDMARK (3) chased home First Settler at Caulfield, finding the line nicely for second. Not sure he can turn the tables but don't leave him out of exotics at a bigger price. JUST LIKE GABY (12) is the daughter of multiple G1 winner Loving Gaby. She's trialled nicely in Sydney and must be respected. ZESTIMAN (1) tackled two strong races after a smart debut win here and can return with a good run.

Second run from a spell 2nd of 7 at Caulfield 2yo Hcp on June 29 over 1000m, 2.25 len behind First Settler carrying 55kg at $14. Has the ability to be in the finish.

On debut. Two-year-old filly by Lord Of The Sky out of Arrondissement. Trialled a while ago and finished eighth at Cranbourne over 800m. Needs more time.
