Celebrating VRC Members as we close out another memorable season at HQ Flemington.

The 2023/24 racing season ends with the traditional VRC Members Race Day – a special meeting to acknowledge and celebrate our VRC members for their wonderful support and loyalty.

This meeting plays host to The Byerley Handicap (1800m) – a coveted event for owners and trainers who will be seeking ballot exempt path for their two-year-olds into the Penfolds Victoria Derby or the VRC Oaks.

Also on the card, the Deane Lester Flemington Cup (2800m) 1849 – a race 12 years older than the Lexus Melbourne Cup – gives stayers another chance to go for gold at Headquarters.

This week, Living Legends Redkirk Warrior and The Cleaner will be trackside. Racegoers can visit the legends in the horse stalls and watch them parade in the Mounting Yard after races 2 and 4.

VRC Punters Club

Located in The Atrium (Members) and in Saintly Place Sports Bar (General Admission) for this Saturday's VRC Members Race Day.

The VRC Punters Club has become a Flemington favourite and the best part is anyone can join and it is only $10! Follow along with our expert tipsters who will hopefully turn a profit for you while providing racing insights and tips throughout the day. The VRC will also put an additional $500 into the kitty for the VRC Punters Club each race day!

Our expert punters this week will be Marc Ohlmus & Grace Ramage. Which team will you be on this week? You must attend in person to take part.

Last race meeting, Marc Ohlmus had a great day out, finishing with the Quaddie at Flemington, handing out a healthy return for those who joined.

Kids Corner

The Kids Corner in The Atrium will be a popular destination for the little ones with various games, a reading corner, and arts & crafts.

Living Legends

Redkirk Warrior and The Cleaner are our Living Legends joining us at Flemington on-track this Saturday. Visit them in their stalls during the day or see them parading in the Mounting Yard after races 2 and 4.

Saintly Place Sports Bar

The indoor sports bar comes alive with bar sports, betting facilities, live racing on TV, refreshing drinks, and takeaway food. Settle in or grab a drink - watch all the days racing from the comfort of your table inside the grandstand. Even participate in the day's punting and register for the Punters Club.

Upgrade your race day experience with a VRC Punter Plus ticket. For $49 receive General Admission entry, a $25 food and beverage voucher, a racebook, and an entry into the VRC Punters Club located at Saintly Place, a total value of $63.

Secure a Mates Rates table for 4 or 6 people in Saintly Place Sports Bar and enjoy great racing with relaxed vibes all day long. Plus, each table receives a ‘bucket of drinks’ on arrival, with additional drinks and food available within Saintly Place.

Mates Rates Plus

For an extra $40 per person, upgrade to Mates Rates Plus and each person will receive a $50 food and beverage credit which can be redeemed at the food and beverage outlets within Saintly Place Sports Bar.
