Good race to finish a strong Winter card. Taking a punt on the blueblood TIME LAPSE (17) who resumes. He's out of multiple G1 winner In Her Time who showed good ability in his debut campaign without ever quite going on with it. The pieces were there and with a bit more seasoning now he could be ready to live up to his potential. Speaking of potential, the Toby Lake trained FIELDELO (9) is oozing it. She couldn't have been more impressive winning first up at Bendigo to keep her unbeaten record intact. It was only a BM58 there but she won by seven lengths and looked every bit a Saturday horse, if not better. BRAVE ONE (5) has just found one better at both starts this time in. He was unlucky fresh and beaten by a good wet tracker last time. Can figure. No knock on SHE'S AN ARTIST (12) who bolted in by five lengths on debut at Bendigo. Looks very smart and a big chance. BRIDAL WALTZ (3) was third in a G3 to Cleo Cat last time and is $10+ early which speaks to the strength of this race.
