The Group 1 Champions Mile. Happy to side with MR BRIGHTSIDE (1) who is still rated the best miler in the country. He was fantastic in the G1 Cox Plate behind Romantic Warrior, beaten the barest of margins. His win here in the G1 Makybe Diva Stakes was soft and he should get every chance trailing the speed. FANGIRL (6) beat Mr Brightside easily at Randwick two back and was good without the clearest of paths in the Cox Plate. Will sit back and be charging late. ALLIGATOR BLOOD (2) tried his heart out in the Cox Plate and won this race last year off a similar effort. Impossible to knock. They rate well clear but PRIDE OF JENNI (7) was very good leading by a huge space last week and can give some cheek while THE INEVITABLE (3) can run into the first four.

The start before that raced right near the speed and boxed on; won by 2 len at Caulfield G1 Caulfield Stks October 14 over 2000m defeating Vow And Declare carrying 59kg at $3.30. Will be on speed and very hard to get past.
Group 3 winner. Last start 7th of 16 at Caulfield in the G1 Toorak Hcp on October 14 over 1600m, 4.5 len behind Attrition carrying 56.5kg at $12. The run before that 8th of 18 at Randwick in the G1 Epsom on September 30 over 1600m, 2.5 len behind Rediener with 55.5kg at $9. Can be running on.
Group 1 placegetter. Most recently second last in a small field at Moonee Valley in the G2 Crystl Mile on October 28 over 1600m, 2.5 len behind Prowess with 59kg at $12. The race before that 3rd of 16 at Caulfield in the G1 Toorak Hcp on October 14 over 1600m, 1.1 len behind Attrition with 53.5kg at $201. Can't tip based on recent efforts.
Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf winner. At the latest run 9th of 12 at Moonee Valley in the G1 Cox Plate on October 28 over 2040m, 5.5 len behind Romantic Warrior carrying 56.5kg at $17. The race before that 3rd of 10 at Leopardstown in the G2 Dllgham Park on September 9 over 1609m, 1.5 len behind Flight Plan with 59.5kg at $5. Needs to improve.
King Charles III Stakes winner. Dual acceptor. Most recently 7th of 12 at Moonee Valley in the G1 Cox Plate on October 28 over 2040m, 1.5 len behind Romantic Warrior carrying 57kg at $6.50. Before that came from midfield and won by 2.75 len at Randwick G1 King Charlesiii October 14 over 1600m defeating Mr Brightside with 57kg at $5.50. Very good in the Cox Plate and did beat Mr Brightside prior.
Empire Rose Stakes winner. Useful mare. At the latest run won by 1.0 len at this track G1 Empire Rose November 4 over 1600m defeating Atishu with 57kg at $16. The run before that faded in the straight 6th of 16 at Caulfield in the G1 Toorak Hcp on October 14 over 1600m, 3.5 len behind Attrition with 52kg at $14. Much harder here but can give a sight.
