HEMAN (2) looks well suited getting to 1600m third up. Two runs back have been solid, hitting the line well at Rosehill last start over 1400m. Rates as a leading chance and should be hard to hold out late. BRAVE MEAD (1) atoned for some narrow defeats with a good win at Caulfield over 1400m, strong late when the gaps came. 1600m should be no issue off that. INFLUENTIAL (5) was far too good for maiden grade at Kembla Grange first up from a spell, winning by 3 lengths. Shapes as a big improver and will eat up a mile. KAIZAD (3) tried hard when leading them up at Caulfield. He'll be hard to get past again. CRITIQUE (4) might be better suited up in trip.
