VRC Track Manager talks through how he prepares for Thursday's racing at Flemington Racecourse for ANZAC Day Race Day.

Track: currently rated a Soft 5 after receiving 6mm of rain overnight Tuesday.  
Conditions:  Some minor renovations have resulted in a light & airey track.  Straight racing, expected to run up the middle of the track.  Circle racing, should see the first third of the track being used as they come into the straight. 

Rail: True position.  Fresh cover of grass across the track. 

Weather: Fine 17deg.
Wind: 13-17km/h winds- SW.
