Another Prophet will look to add the Australian Guineas to her previous win in the Thousand Guineas when she heads to Flemington.

Ciaron Maher will chase a third Australian Guineas win in the past four years when Another Prophet heads to the Group 1 race at Flemington

Maher, along with David Eustace, took the 2022 Guineas with Hitotsu while Southport Tycoon  saluted for Maher and Jamie Melham last year.

Another Prophet is one of three horses the Maher stable has entered for Saturday's Australian Guineas (1600m) with Kalkallo and Railway Man featuring among nominations.

However, it is unlikely Kalkallo and Railway Man will head to the Guineas as both three-year-olds are down to run at Sandown on Wednesday.

Victorious in the Group 1 Thousand Guineas (1600m) at Caulfield on November 16, Another Prophet has been aimed at the Guineas throughout her current campaign.

And Maher is not concerned about tackling the 'boys' with a filly on Saturday.

Mystic Journey (2019) and Legato (2023) are recent winners for the fillies' brigade after Mosheen scored in 2012.

Another Prophet has had two runs back from a break, finishing fourth to Royal Insignia, an opponent on Saturday, at Sandown on January 25 before striking wet ground when sixth in the Desirable Stakes (1400m) at Flemington on February 15.

"It was a strange old day with the form and how it will all work out," Maher said of Another Prophet's last start Flemington effort.

"She's in good order and she's still going forward.

"I don't think it makes too much difference taking on the boys on Saturday and she's ready to run out a strong mile."

Another Prophet is one of three fillies amongst the 23 horses entered for the Guineas on Saturday, joined by West Australian galloper London's Image and the Chris Waller-trained Declichy Boulevard.

New Zealand three-year-old Savaglee features among entries, looking to follow the win of Legarto from two years ago.

Recent Yulong purchase Angel Capital heads the market at $3.50 with Point And Shoot and Sepals sharing the next line at $6 ahead of final acceptances on Wednesday.
